How the model works. Every month the partner wins new customers (growing by the growth rate). Each pays the annual price + upsells up front, generating first-sale commission. On each anniversary a customer renews with the given renewal rate, paying again and generating renewal commission for as many years as set. "Net" is Mini&More revenue after paying the partner; "contribution" also subtracts cost of service. Prices are the real Mini&More package list; all figures are USD and directional planning estimates, not a guarantee.
